For proposals and intimate setups, two to four weeks is usually enough. For weddings, hens days and larger celebrations we recommend reaching out as early as you can — three to six months ahead gives the most flexibility on dates and locations. We'll always do our best to accommodate shorter notice when our calendar allows.
The Sunshine Coast weather can be unpredictable, so we keep a close eye on the forecast in the lead-up to your event. If conditions look poor, we'll work with you to either move to a sheltered backup location or reschedule to the next available date. Your deposit carries over — we'd never want weather to compromise the experience.
Yes — we regularly style events from Noosa down to Brisbane. Travel beyond the immediate Sunshine Coast area incurs a small travel fee, which we'll itemise clearly in your quote. Get in touch with your location and we'll let you know what's possible.
A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due seven days before your event. We'll send a simple invoice with bank transfer details — no surprise fees, ever.
Absolutely. Just let us know about any allergies, intolerances or preferences (gluten-free, vegan, halal, kid-friendly) when you book and we'll tailor the grazing to suit. We source from local Sunshine Coast producers wherever possible.
Yes — that's the whole point. We arrive in advance to style everything to perfection, and we come back at the end to pack it all away. Your only job is to show up and enjoy the moment.
